Chorin Abbey

The former Cistercian monastery is not only an attraction as an early brick Gothic building. In addition to guided tours and exhibitions, concerts and markets also take place here. The monastery next to the Amtssee and former vineyard (several nature trails) is a place for all ages. The entrance ticket is a day ticket, by the way, you can go in and out all day - for example, go for a hike and then stop off at the monastery café. Entrance to the monastery

Reduced: 5 euros
Family ticket: 15 euros
Children under 7 have free entry. Summer time: daily 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Winter time: daily 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time. Chorin Monastery is closed on December 24th and 31st. On all other public holidays the monastery is open during regular opening hours. I can only recommend the Chorin Music Summer. The acoustics are great here! But get your tickets early, they are in high demand!

The Chorin Monastery is a former Gothic Cistercian abbey in Amt Chorin near the village of Chorin about six kilometers north of Eberswalde in the Brandenburg district of Barnim.
