This section is cordoned off, you are led around here. The path is easy to walk on and in good condition and is a very nice section.

Hiking

Martina's tip is no longer up-to-date. The Sitterstrandweg was severely damaged in this section in 2021. In the meantime, all bridges and stairs have been removed and the path now runs partly along the main road (the old path has now been left to its own devices and is no longer an official hiking trail - so enter at your own risk).
