    Mountain biking

    The Halbachhammer in Essen district Fulerum is the converted remnant of the medieval Fickynhütte from Weidenau at the victory. Gustav Krupp von Bohlen and Halbach had him transferred to Nachtigallental within sight of the Margarethenhöhe and donated it to the city. Today, the Halbachhammer is a technical and historical monument, a branch of the Ruhr Museum and part of the Route of Industrial Heritage.
