Built in the 1600 century as a defense tower for the city fortifications. The name is given to the donkey-back-shaped door on the upper floor. 2007 thorough restoration with roof structure. Lintel from "Kleine Allee" reused as door threshold.

On the tower built around 1500 on the north side, you can still see the beginnings of the city wall. The ceiling was sealed in 1983/84, but renovations are now necessary again. It takes its name from the late Gothic, donkey-shaped door on the upper floor.
