Powder Tower (Kleine Burgstrasse)
As its name suggests, the powder tower served as a powder magazine in the Middle Ages. Above the Gothic entrance is a building inscription with the year 1554. In 1996 it was restored by volunteers as part of a "do-it-yourself" campaign by Südwestrundfunk.
There are a total of 14 towers in Pfeddersheim, of which 9 are full towers and 5 are half towers. 5 full towers and 3 half towers have been renovated or are still in good condition, the others are in need of renovation.
