In this weather, everything was buzzing, birds were chirping, crossing the path in front of you, and at the end the Oder was waiting with its impressive view into the distance and a nice place to stop for a coffee. Former part of the railway line Wriezen - Mohrin were removed on the German side, the tracks and in 2007 as a bike path. In 2012, a trolley train briefly existed across the bridge, which was discontinued in 2013, however.
