Start at Schloss Buttenheim and then always on the bike path along the Main-Danube Canal through Bamberg's old town. Then uphill to Altenburg. It can be visited free of charge and once again offers an all-round view of the city and the surrounding area. For one euro you can climb the steps of the 30…

Far too many photos! However, anyone who has ever been to Bamberg knows why. A beautiful town. look!

Very nice walk from the south of Munich to the city. Alternatively, you can also take the bike path. Always along the Flaucher and then along the Isar. You can't eat your fill (with your eyes) on the Viktualienmarkt and enjoy the panoramic view of the city from the town hall tower.

6. Bad Wiessee - Munich
Farewell to Tegernsee and on the cycle path VIA BAVARICA TYROLENSIS and the M-Waterway to Munich. The latter leads beautifully through the woods, but is a long piece of unpleasant dirt road. In between we had to walk around a church because the road was closed for a big festival…

5. Bad Toelz – Bad Wiessee
From Bad Tölz to Tegernsee it is only a paltry 25 kilometers. But this is not the only reason why an additional circumnavigation of the lake is mandatory. These 22 kilometers leave a lot of view of the lake and in combination with the mountain scenery it has something. A local…

4. Seehausen – Bad Toelz
After a second night in Seehausen am Staffelsee with a spectacular view of thunderstorms over the mountains, the cycle tour continues in the direction of Bad Tölz. Halfway there is the Kochelsee. From its shore there is an Alpine panorama par excellence. Stopping is mandatory…

3. Seehausen - Garmisch-Partenkirchen
The stage to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, starting in Murnau, runs over the Murnauer Moor, Central Europe's largest contiguous moor that is still preserved. Unusually few elevations have to be mastered. You don't think so when the destination is Garmisch. Phew, lucky…

2. Starnberg - Seehausen
At Lake Starnberg with a wonderful view of the water, always directly along the east bank to Seehausen am Staffelsee. And now the mountains in view. Shortly before the relay finish, a detour to Murnau.

1. Munich – Starnberg
From Munich to Lake Ammer and on to Lake Starnberg, with Andechs Monastery in between with a magnificent view – the reward for a strenuous climb on the “Path to Life” in the Kiental.

The Veste Coburg can be reached through the Hofgarten via a beautiful, green footpath. At least we chose this route, of course you can also park almost in front of the castle gate. Starting at Schlossplatz, always going uphill, the old trees in the park now and then reveal a view. The castle grounds…
