The Antonihof is the office building of the Forestry Genessourenzentrum (FoGZ) and "was founded in 2010 to concentrate the knowledge of the diverse tasks involved in securing forest genetic resources in one place. The FoGZ is part of the Research Institute for Forest Ecology and Forestry (FAWF) in Trippstadt and performs its duties nationwide."

The Antonihof east of Trippstadt was built in the second half of the 18th century by Baron Karl Theodor von Hacke. The farm was used as the seat of the forest warden and later as a youth hostel. The Rhineland-Palatinate Forestry Genetic Resources Center has been located there since 1990. It is named after Baron von Hacke's second wife Antonia.
