This path goes past the forest bike, past beautiful meadows and offers a wonderful view of the valley. There are numerous benches to sit on. In the afternoon, the path is in the shade of the forest.
At the southern end, you can extend it to Mitteltal. At the northern end, to the forest path, where you can take the slightly ascending path to Sattelei. Or you can go directly up the steep path to the highly recommended Sattelei hiking hut.

It's not the place itself, but the summer meadows that nestle gently against the unwooded slopes on both sides of the Tonbachtal. One feels peace and tranquility just by looking at it, sitting on one of the benches along the way, enjoying the nice weather.
