The New Town Hall, also known as the Red Town Hall, was built between 1875 and 1879 according to the design of Szczecin councilor Konrad Kruhl. The building is Gothic in style. The building was erected on a slope, on a rectangular plan. Avant-corps are located at the corners and in the central part on the Batory Square side. On the eastern side, there is a terrace and a two-flight staircase – the whole was intended to emphasize the building's representative functions.

The western entrance is adorned with an arcaded portico and sculptures on the pillars, symbolizing "Industry," "Agriculture," "Sailing," and "Knowledge." The building is also adorned with balconies and turrets. Inside, you'll find a cross-ribbed vault. The building also houses the coat of arms of Szczecin from 1660, which was transferred to the Red Town Hall from the old town hall. The building served as the seat of the city government until 1945.

Today, the Red Town Hall houses, among others, the following: Maritime Office, Polish Chamber of Foreign Trade, Maritime Council at the Provincial Court, Maritime Construction Design Office, Institute of Meteorology and Water Management.

The New Town Hall, also called the Red Town Hall, was built between 1875 and 1879 according to plans by Szczecin councilor Konrad Kruhl. The building is in the Gothic style. The rectangular building was erected on a slope. At the corners and in the center of the view from Batorego Square, projections were placed. On the east side, there is a terrace with a flight of steps on both sides. The architectural design here was intended to emphasize the building's prestigious significance.

The west entrance is adorned with an arcade-like portico. The figures on the pillars symbolize "Industry," "Agriculture," "Shipping," and "Science." Furthermore, the building is adorned with balconies and turrets. Inside, we find a cross-ribbed vault. Also visible is the coat of arms of Szczecin from 1660, which was moved from the old town hall to the Red Town Hall and embedded in the wall. The building served as the town hall until 1945.
Today, the Waterways and Shipping Directorate, the Maritime Office, the Polish Chamber of Foreign Trade, and the Meteorological Institute are among the offices located here. The building was added to the list of listed buildings of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in June 1993.
