Brick industrial buildings from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. There was an alcohol factory and a yeast factory here. From the Oder side, the buildings go straight into the water, which gives the impression of "Venice". The buildings have been in ruins for years. There have been plenty of ideas for their revitalization, but they have not yet been implemented. The Venice of Szczecin is best viewed by sailing to it in a kayak or visiting Jaskółcza Island.
