The Veybach rises in Kallmuth as Kallmuther Bach, near Mechernich Eifel. With the confluence of the shorter Urfeyer Bach at Vollem, the brook is then called Veybach. It flows through Vollem, Eiserfey, Vussem, Katzfey past the Katzensteinen, through Satzfey, and finally through the city center of Euskirchen before it flows into the Erft in the Erftauen.
