The company offers efficient fish farming with more than 100 hectares of water, spread over around 40 ponds. About half of them are located around Kosbach, today a district of Erlangen.
The other half is near Bamberg near Seehof Palace, the former summer residence of the Bamberg prince bishops. Some of this facility is old. Some ponds were first mentioned in documents as early as the 14th century
