Adolf "Adi" Dassler (November 3, 1900 in Herzogenaurach; September 6, 1978 in Herzogenaurach) was a German inventor and entrepreneur. He is the founder of the sporting goods manufacturer Adidas. He was the younger brother of Rudolf Dassler, the founder of Puma.

The Adolf Dassler Statue is a life-size sculpture erected in May 2006 on the grounds of the Adi Dassler Stadium in Herzogenaurach. It depicts Adolf Dassler, the founder of the sporting goods company Adidas, and was created by the sculptor Josef Tabachnyk. The statue sits like a spectator in the stadium stands.

The life-size bronze statue has been reproduced and now also stands in the new 'Flagship Adidas Store' in New York City, which is the largest Adidas store in the world.[1] The sculpture's opening in New York City took place on December 1, 2016.[2][3] Since January 2019, another original of the statue has been standing at the entrance of the Adidas store at 22 Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris
