Last section of our journey by bike. Weather forecast not so good anymore. So set off on time and over to the Ennstal, up the river to Stein and from there to the Sölktal. The highlight is the Sölk Pass, climbed from the north. Above the first drops and below the full thunderstorm. Rescheduled route and first visited a cozy inn. The weather actually improved and in Mauterndorf we were greeted by the sun and families.
Overall, a great tour, maybe always a bit too much distance and altitude. But the vacation is coming now!
Unfortunately again problems with the location of the highlights, I then have to improve (or have them repaired).

From Maria Eck it went rapidly downhill towards the Inn and Salzburg, where we pushed our bikes a bit through the lively old town. Is of course worth a trip of its own. Then we cycled upwards and towards Fuschlsee, Wolfgangsee and Hallstätter See. The city of Hallstatt is a real eye-catcher. Here, too, as on the entire route, it was worth spending more time. We then tortured our way over the Koppenpass to Bad Aussee, the geographical center of Austria. Unfortunately, highlights ended up in the wrong places. Correction will be submitted later.

Off on vacation, first part. Get out of the ICE in Munich and go. Lots of construction sites until you are finally out of town. Again and again great landscapes and places with their onion dome churches. Via Wasserburg am Inn it goes to the Chiemsee and then up to Maria Eck with the highest monastery in Germany. Because of the hazy weather, the Alps were not so easy to see. But still a great day!
