A special feature is the listed crypt chapel of the Counts of Pückler-Limpurg, a richly decorated, neo-Gothic octagonal central building in sandstone with buttresses, tracery gallery, pinnacles and tent roof, which is surrounded by a cast-iron enclosure with pinnacles. The building was designed by Bernhard Solger and built in 1860/62. The masonry work was carried out by the Fürth master mason Christoph Christgau, and the count's coat of arms above the entrance was created by the Nuremberg sculptor Johann Konrad Krausser
