Mountaineering

Here, hikers in the direction of the Zugspitze can expect great impressions that change again and again. At the Knorrhütte it is still somewhat green, you already have a good view over the Zugspitzplatt towards the Plattspitzen. The higher you get, the meager it gets until you only find rubble and glaciers (remains) at the end of the plateau. The Zugspitzplatt is surrounded by a series of other peaks ("platum framing"), like a string of pearls. the snow remote head, the weather peaks and the platts peaks.

Mountaineering

This section is shaped differently each year by the melting snow.
Call the Knorrhütte beforehand to find out whether Val Gardena is required for the ascent

Mountaineering

A lot of scree, but gigantic, these peaks all around. Too bad the snow is melting more and more
