A bridge no wider (1.80 m) than a bicycle is long, with its own traffic lights.

The narrowest car bridge in Germany is regulated by a set of traffic lights, because with a lane width of 1.80 meters, no two-way traffic is possible.

The bridge in front of Amdorf is a "must" if you experience the Mesopotamia of Leda and Jümme. Along the Leda, you have to cross this bridge if you want to go to Amdorf, no matter how wide the car is. We cyclists are clearly in a more relaxed situation. Some motor vehicle leaders have already ridden their mirrors here.
PLEASE NOTE THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS! Anything else is life-threatening. There is no alternative when oncoming traffic is green. The ascent and descent are very steep and should be used with care. In any case, crossing the bridge is an experience that you will not immediately forget.
