Im Mai 2020 bekam meine alte Lady mit einer Deore XT Kettenschaltung ihr entgültiges Gesicht und ist mit mittlerweile 85.000 km gut drauf. Immerhin sind's seit 2018 rund 200 km pro Woche, auch wenn ich mit meinen Ersatzrädern zusätzliche Km im fünfstelligen Bereich zusammengefahren habe.
Sportlich und ökologisch bin ich vom Radfahren überzeugt, fahre täglich, zeichne aber nur „Erlebnistouren“ mit Komoot auf. Wege zum Bäcker o.ä. zu veröffentlichen finde ich nervig. Meistens sind meine Touren lokal gebunden, gerne nutze ich die Bahn zu neuen Startpunkten. Auch wenn ich zumeist allein unterwegs bin, liebe ich Gemeinschaftstouren.
Im ADFC engagiere ich mich nicht nur für Verkehrspolitik und lokaler Vorstandarbeit, sondern treibe auch das Codieren in Deutschland voran, unter anderem mit der Internetseite codierung.adfc.de .
Macht Euch keinen Kopp, wenn ich von Zeit zu Zeit "offline" zu sein scheine. Komoot nimmt halt viel Zeit in Anspruch, die ich nicht immer habe.
