About Andreas

Now they are stirring again, crawling out of their holes, maggoty, their breath smells like putrid earth with every sentence. They smell the morning air, worse, more than that: They step into the middle of the public light and poison every malcontent who isn't up in the trees by three with the sweet

Everything seemed to be going well in late autumn 2021. With Papenburg’s climate protection manager at the time, I had already planned for May 2022 for city cycling.

It's simply the better time to cycle more kilometers in intercommunal competition. You simply get more people onto the bike, which also

The timing was perfect: on Friday the weather was ideal for the journey to Verden. On Saturday, during the conference, it rained all day. Now, on Sunday, it cleared up again. At least west of Bremen. So we drove Thomas and I first by train to Hude, where we waited for a last shower. So our trip started

On Friday we went to the ADFC state assembly in Verden. In order not to arrive completely sweaty, I took the train with my first chairman from the Emsland district association to Oldenburg, and then cycled a leisurely 100 kilometers to Verden.

On the way we noticed the church in Ganderkesee with its Romanesque

On Tuesday evening on TV: Today Journal or daily topics. Quality news, no junk. I have to hear that "Russia" wants to hold "speakers". Refer - what? speakers? But just what, and what did they do?

It was like this all the time. On all channels. Even the next morning in the NDR-Info, the poor speakers were

Non-residents might think that Hüven is a sleepy village in the heart of the Hümmling, which is only known for the combined wind and water mill on the Radde.

But in 2020 a huge stone was found in a field in Hüven, which the farmer, with the best of intentions, could not get out of his field with either

Due to the weather, the afternoon tour on the 9th day of city cycling was characterized by the strategic consideration of circumnavigating the rather stormy rain band reasonably skilfully. Spoiler: The calculation worked out more than 50%.

So I went to the Iron Festival in Friesoythe, the self-proclaimed

The endlessly dry summer of 2022 was clearly over. Everyone was concerned about this foretaste of climate change. But now, with a fresh wind, rain has finally returned to the country.

Nevertheless, the ADFC squad around Hans P. and Andreas was spared excessive showers and heavy rain.

      So the tour with 12

On this Thursday the time had finally come: The first rainy weather system in autumn slowly turned towards Germany, coming from the north. Frequent showers and strong winds from the west were to be expected in this left-handed low pressure area. So a good day to finally buy myself a rain cape.
