The Aubach spring, or also called Auquelle, is located in a narrow valley, about one kilometer south of Menchau, below Ordenbrunn. The karst spring is enclosed in a round shaft made of sandstone blocks from 1770, which is designated as an architectural monument. The bottom of this spring is covered with sand, which is easily swirled upwards by the water pressure. There are stone benches around the spring.
