Hiking Highlight
The juniper heaths are among the most beautiful and valuable landscape elements in Franconian Switzerland. They have arisen over centuries of grazing with sheep and goats. If you look closely, you will see the animals' steps on the slope.
Since the juniper is not eaten by the animals because of its prickly needles, it can spread well in the pasture areas. It was also desirable in the past, because its wood was valued for smoking sausages and berries as a medicinal product.

This is not a direct duplicate now, because you elegantly did not create a HL but a HL (section), parallel to the already existing highlight "juniper heath Kainach" komoot.de/highlight/369807.I assume you as a full professional anyway Duplikationsapsicht as next door in Wacholderbachtal, you 31 x expert.
Please ignore this HL (section)!

Very beautiful, well-tended juniper heather.
There is a bench at the end of the juniper slope. Across the way, slightly set back in the forest, there is an unnamed rock formation with a great apricot, grotto and cave about 12 m deep. A mountain bike HL is created.
