On the outer wall between the Wildau substation and Birkenallee, you'll find this beautiful mural depicting motifs from Wildau's past and present. The old Class 52 steam locomotive depicts the very same locomotive with the number 52 8135-7, which can be admired in its original form on a turntable a good kilometer further south in the courtyard of the Wildau Technical University (see hiking highlight komoot.com/de-de/highlight/1025295).
A few meters further, the mural in the windows of the workshop depicts important buildings such as the town hall, the Ludwig Witthöft High School, and the A10 Center.
