Tips
When the first church was built in Reckendorf is unknown. The oldest dating dates back to 1248. The church building in its current form dates from the years 1837/38. The parish church is dedicated to St. Nicholas, who copies it in a niche above the main entrance. The original can be found inside the church. In the center of the baroque high altar, which was built around 1700, there is also a figure of the church patron.
