Phew ... what should you write again?
Buttoned up again on yesterday or ...
"Genius and madness are close together!?!"
      “Beware of addictive potential!”? 😂
      And further...?
Rocked again after a Bike & Hike Monster Veitenstein! 👍
Again solo for mountain grouches "Into the wild"! 😁
The bike shoes unfortunately come off wet roots like soft soap ... 🤪
Even without a 15% incline it is a treacherous affair!
Still completed another lap ... 🧐
      Then drive aweng ....
Didn't think that I would get up there with the single speeder on the "Nordschleife" from Lußberg .... 💪
At the "Südschleife" it was very foggy ...
Then I finally dared to go down. 🙈
      Reckenneusig was thought of! 🤨
      I took the Autobahn ... 🤦‍♂️
Mistake, mud fight the second! 🤔
Then we passed the Lourdes Chapel again ...
      FSA home! 🙋‍♂️

Yeah .... four times Veitenstein with the single speeder! 🥳
After the uphill, the bike and vendor's tray were parked in the stable on Veitenstein and I hobbled down on foot towards Lußberg ...
A steep affair ... not too easy 🤔
Today was running day ... 🙃
Fortunately, after one lap in the rain, the second ended.
After the third ascent, I was already well on my way, on the fourth, after a euphoric start, I had justified doubts ... 🤨
-Now the rough ramp on Kapellenberg again?
-the next two kilometers through the lumberjack paradise ...
      -steadily uphill ....
-The one through the wilderness again?
-and plow in bad fog over the hump to Veitenstein ??
Snow also joined in ... 🥴
Ok ... better not think about it too long ... 😬 ... then it'll work!
After the bad mess on the descent
(I actually didn't want to sow myself)
      was it ...
      FSA home! 🥳🙋‍♂️

Then still aweng circled around the Altenburg ... 🌀
Very successful but frosty night ride with a mega moonrise over Bamberg!
Especially the south corridor at the beginning is extremely motivating ... Klinikum and Altenburg ahead ... the grove a few meters further ... every time a dream!
Of course, Domberg-Downhill was a must 👌 ... only with a fully you can shoot down even better! 🙋‍♂️

Hey dear ones, I'm so proud of all of us.You are all together the absolute hammer,
Together we have freed over 788 km of bike and hiking trails from rubbish in 60 tours.
WE 49 Komoot members showed their courage in 103 hours and simply cleared away the dirt of others.
With sometimes super creative variants / companions, aids and tools since you ran into the garbage.
Ok ....... there were also a few accidents, of course, a trailer tipped over and bags tore,
But of course that all came about because the handling of the masses is not easy.
Some of you were so motivated that you went several times.

Everything drives, spins, circles and collects garbage!
      I am there!
So get on your bike! 😜
Since the way there passed numerous great highlights, these were clearly planned.
I grew up in Gundelsheim, so let's go up to the beautiful forest meadow!
Unfortunately the view is gray in gray!
In Drosendorf, as a precaution, a second breakfast was added, on the further way the supply situation on Saturday will be really damn tight.
I have planned the further way to Giechburg a bit, it doesn't get any steeper!
Then home game on the great trail below, even if it wasn't easy!
A long march over Giech and Gügel up to Ludwag!
As a ten-year-old I knocked out fossils in the great quarry, and since then I've been drawn there at least once a year.
Made some nice pictures and we went on!
      New territory behind Ludwag!
Königsfeld was reached straight away via a nice descent, where after cycling past the bakery for the first time, I hit it hard.
During the following rest, as with the first, the surrounding area was cleared of rubbish and dumps.
Finding a garbage can was difficult but not unsuccessful.
The tour continued on the road along the beautiful Wiesent, great section, great rocks everywhere, over Wiesentfels, Freienfels up to Krögelhof.
There then a short walk to take some great pictures with you.
Via Wonsees, I was immediately in Sanspareil, where I heaved the mare through the great rock garden.
Definitely better only with blue skies.
Until then, the plan was actually to go home from Sanspareil.
Well, 1:15 p.m., the tray still full, only about 20 km to the end of the world, so let's go!
If I got through relatively clean up to this point, it was a pretty rough mud fight as far as Tannfeld.
      Man, man, man!
Especially when you're in a hurry.
After a great trail below Vogelherd, it slowly became the highest railway for the end of the track.
Lo and behold, two beetles later the target flag on the Garmin was reached.
A little above Oberwaiz, a mere 10 km to Bayreuth, muffle and mare looked at the beautiful panorama all around in the middle of the road.
I haven't had much idea what it looks like there!
After a short break, I made my way home on the original CdG route.
So again across the Franconian and across the Jura I was glad to see Ludwag again in front of me!
After the descent to Schäätz, all my bones ached, in Drosendorf I was dog-tired!
In Gundelsheim I almost fell off my bike and made it to Breitengüßbach.
From there it was after 140 km and over 2000 hm with the single speed only ...
      FSA home! 🙋‍♂️
