The late Gothic chapel, actually consecrated to St. Felizitas, is now only a somewhat sinister ruin. It was built on the ramparts of a fleeing castle. Incidentally, "misery" has the old meaning of "foreign", "foreign" - the name is not due to the fact that with the water the cistern still in existence today should have cured the sick (misery) - as one can sometimes read!
