This is a former brewery cellar that was very dilapidated and was restored a few years ago by the Ursensollen community as a retreat for bats. But amphibians also like to hide there. Information boards provide information about the history and the nature conservation significance

The cellar is a so-called "bat cellar". This serves the bats as day quarters in summer and as a wintering place in winter. Therefore this cellar is not open to the public.
