The Reitzendorfer Bockwindmill was built in 1861 and due to its close proximity to Zaschendorf, is often wrongly assigned to the latter location. There was actually a post mill in Zaschendorf, but this was demolished around 1890 (source Wikipedia, Dresden districts).

... also called "Windmühle bei Zaschendorf", because it is closer to that place, was built in 1861 and restored from 1987 to 1990. After that someone lived and worked there. Since a storm in 1997 destroyed the windmill blades that had supplied the mill with energy until then, it has been empty since then.
