The Museum Man and Nature is a natural history museum in the northern part of Nymphenburg Palace in Munich.

It is a museum of the Bavarian State Natural Science Collections.

The formation of the solar system, the history of the earth and the development of life, but also human anatomy and biology, nutrition and environmental problems as well as the relationship between humans and nature are presented over an area of 2500 square metres. There is a “playful natural history” section especially for children.

Since the beginning of April 2008, the preserved brown bear JJ1 has also been exhibited in the museum, just like its predecessor, the last brown bear in Bavaria that was killed 170 years ago.
