The cemetery is closed. According to a sign, please note: "Entering the cemetery is at your own risk. Male visitors must wear a headgear. The tombs may not be entered. On the Sabbath (Friday from 16 clock to Saturday night) and on the Jewish holidays, the cemetery may not be entered. Visitors to the cemetery must first contact the Hemsbach town hall, Schlossgasse 41, Tel. 06201/70795, from where they will be given further instructions. "Please be so kind and respect these rules.

Hiking

Interesting old Jewish cemetery here in the forest slopes of Hemsbach. Large parts of the cemetery are well visible from the trail. Access is probably only through a gate, which I found locked - the inlet is probably possible after consultation with the city administration.
