Meal Fell is a Wainwright at the 'Back O'Skiddaw'. I walked up from Trusmadoor before going onto Great Sca Fell. On the summit (which boasts three different 'tops' - visit them all to fully appreciate the views from all sides) you'll find a large wind shelter and a great view of Skiddaw in particular. Just off the summit I also saw a lovely patch of cotton grass.
