Although largely flat, beware the stiff westerly winds. I had 70 miles into a stiff 25mph headwind.
A great day out starting with a stiff climb over a fairly tough gravel track over the Lannemuir Hills before descending into Gifford and on to Haddington to pick up the John Muir Way. Followed it to North Berwick and then West along the Golf Coast. Intersting off road cycle route takes you right into the heart of the city.
