When driving from Maria Gojau/Kajov to Hluboka we passed this beautiful monastery. We experienced a celebratory mass, the reason for which was not entirely clear to us. In any case, we experienced a German sermon by a Cistercian monk who probably came from the Heiligenkreuz monastery south of Vienna. Heiligenkreuz was the mother monastery of this abbey, which was originally called Heiligenkrone. Only later did the name change to Goldene Krone.de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kloster_Zlatá_Koruna
