The running in the Bergisches Land and nature park Bergisches Land Naafbach arises in the southern foothills of the Heckberger forest. The Naafbach runs past the Rieserhof (Much) and the Schwellenbachermühle (Overath), after which the Kleine Naafbach, which has just passed the Blindenaafer mill (Blindenaafer mill), opens. Then it passes Büchel (to Overath) and the Klauserhof (Much) and flows shortly thereafter - a little south of the off the creek located Viersbrücken (Overath) - in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis.

Hiking

The Naafbach valley, through which the Kleine Naafbach flows, is a popular recreational area, as the Naafbach was originally intended to be dammed to form a reservoir. There have been plans to do so since the 1930s, which is why no large businesses have settled there since then and hardly any new development areas have been designated. In 1980, that was the end of it - the Naafbach valley was declared a nature reserve.
