Information:
The hike through the Lieblingstal is a popular trail that follows in the footsteps of Johann Gottlob von Quandt, leading through the romantic landscape and along the Schullwitzbach stream. The art patron Johann Gottlob von Quandt created this so-called "Lieblingstal," thus making it his "beautified landscape." He lived and worked in the region during the 19th century. The trail is idyllic, following the Schullwitzbach stream, and features monuments, the Hubertus Chapel, numerous information signs, and more. It was reopened in 2006-2007.
