That was a tour of Bri GitteWe just flipped them over, so we didn't have a long climb in the beginning. And the Loog House came after about 10 km. Then it fits better for a stop.
However, we had used one of the many rest options (benches with table) for backpacking. At Loog Haus there was coffee and cake.
The hygiene concept is implemented very exemplary there.
The tour itself takes place almost exclusively on narrow and varied paths. In between offers beautiful views of Wolfsburg, Hambacher Schloss and the Rhine plain. This tour, as it runs mostly in the forest, can also be done well in warmer weather with sunshine.

      Bärensteig with supplementary book chambers
Nice hiking route on mostly narrow and varied paths. The Elwetritsche Rasierplatz, Drachenfels Castle and the Buchkammern are special points to explore on the route.
It takes a bit of courage in the book chambers, preferably with some climbing experience, to get inside. The entrance can be seen at the bottom of the rock. Entry above the explanation board.
There is a refreshment stop in the Drachenfelshütte, but here the opening times must be observed. Otherwise, when it is closed, this is also a good time (after approx. 8.5 km) and a place for a backpack.
At the end of the tour another good viewpoint on the Jüngstberg.
The route is well signposted except for a junction just before the end. At the Bruchweiler / Hasenhütte junction, continue straight on the main path.

Short tour through the Ravenna Gorge. Very pleasant especially in the warm temperatures. The path is in good condition, only the narrow and narrow bridges can be a little uncomfortable in times of Corona.
We had made the way to the starting point by bike, so no longer tour.

Entertaining tour to Feldsee. Mostly well paved paths. Short pieces on asphalt. Refreshments near the Feldsee in the Raimartihof. The start and end point was the Bankenhof campsite.

      Almond blossom tour.
Through the Wingert on paved paths from Neustadt-Haardt to Deidesheim and from there on the almond path on the lower Haardtrand back to Neustadt. Stop after a good 10 km in the Pfalzblick hut. If you can sit outdoors, you have a beautiful view of the Rebenmeer and the Rhine valley. At Gimmeldingen the almond trees are currently in full bloom.
Good rest opportunities at "Eva am Paradiesgarten" or a little bigger, at the rest area to the Paradiesgarten.
The tour is also good to go in bad weather or after long periods of rain, as almost exclusively on paved economic routes.

Tour around the Trifels. Start at Albersweiler station with a few parking spaces. Right at the beginning a steep ascent to the Hohenberg. Then back down into the valley and on to the climbing hut after a good 10 km. Continue to Bindersbach and Annweiler. So we circled the Trifels well.
The paths were very different and therefore quite varied. Some trees lay across the paths from the last storms, but were easy to pass.
What was very negative was the very softened forest floor in many places. The mud layer was sometimes quite deep and it was also slippery. Hence my recommendation not to do this tour after rainy days.

About Dieter 🦉
