It is getting closer and closer to Lake Constance. You wander over wooded hills and through small tranquil towns. From the wall of the castle ruins Hornburg you then have a fantastic view of Lake Constance. From the ruin, there are only a few kilometers to today's milestone. You leave singing to the northwest and wander here through a quiet forest. Above Friedingen you pass the castle Hohenfriedingen, which is actually known only as Friedinger Schlössle. On Sundays, a visit is worthwhile, because then opens in the castle courtyard, a cozy beer garden.A little later, it goes through a tunnel under the federal highway 33 and then back into the forest. The crossroad takes you on to Steißlingen and the lake of the same name. Especially in summer, the lake is worth a detour, because the water lures you to jump into the cold water. In Steißlingen you can also take a break in one of the cafés or restaurants.Through a wooded area and across fields you then hike up to Hornburg. It is located on a ridge that rises steeply from the surrounding landscape and so you will be rewarded here with a fantastic view.If you've had enough, you get off to Stahringen and put the last piece back to today's stage destination Möggingen.
