Shortly after 16 o'clock it went today with my Laufkumpeline on the slope. It was anything but good running weather, but perfect for Antje. Because in a few weeks, the channel Ultra (30 km) takes place and because it takes hardness, because the weather is often like today and a little less shade.Time was not a priority today but the heart rate. And this was partly very high today with Antje, so I prescribed walking pauses. The top priority was to endure the half marathon distance in this heat and achieve a mental victory.Antje had mastered this task brilliantly.Understandably, she was fix and all, but she pulled it off.Antje I'm very proud of you and the channel Ultra rock you 👍

A really nice day trip, as I had not expected. So far, I usually saw the Börde from the train window. It was varied and "peppered" by a whole range of attractions. Unfortunately, station 18 in Neuwegersleben can only be visited once and we were one week early. The paths were good to very good. Mostly we drove on relatively little used country roads.
      Definitely a recommendation!
Thanks for the tip Pascal! 👍🏻😎

On the way I came instead to pause, to finish. Thus, there are part 1 and 2. Well men and technology 😁To the tour:A few days ago, Jörg asked Koomot if anyone would like to accompany him on a tour of the Börde. Why not even meet a like-minded person in real life.So we agreed that we will do the trip on Saturday.A bit excited I was achon, who is he, how does he behave when it gets hard. At more than 100 kilometers it can always come to mental problems etc.At the meeting point we fortified ourselves with a coffee and went through the tour briefly. After a few changes, the adventure started. The first destination was the Bismarck tower at Schackensleben. Then it went up and down and through small villages to the castle Wanzleben.Until now, we were very lucky with the weather, especially the wind. For Bördeverhältnisse it was more of a breezy breeze.

Yesterday we went back to the piste with Sohnemann.Shortly after 15 o'clock we took the train to Stendal. After a very short stay (1 hour) in this beautiful city we went out to the flat country direction Tangerhütte.Again and again accompanied by dark clouds and a few single drops.Shortly before Demker we have already seen a very important clue the Kalimanjaro. In Tangerhütte we enjoyed a short break, then went on towards Rogätz and then to Wolmirstedt. In Wolmirstedt was the last rest before we drove in the dark in the state capital.22:30 clock we were at the finish.Already this morning at 8 o'clock I was on the way again.I will publish today's tour tomorrow.

Yesterday we continued with the very rural areas Randau-Calenberge and Kreuzhorst.I will visit Calenberge separatelyMy daughter and granddaughter were there yesterday. For the little one, is 4 years young in October, it was the first big hike. Only a short piece of max. 2 km I carried it.
