27.05.26 | Die 4.Landgraben-Tour beendet den Rundgang um Lübeck. Ein Abstecher auf den Vorwerker Friedhof ist der Höhepunkt dieser Wanderung. Im Übrigen folgt der Pfad lange dem Landgraben, der schließlich in die Trave mündet. Dort begann vor langer Zeit unsere Umrundung. Heute aber folgen Kerstin und ich der Clever Au bis nach Bad Schwartau.
