New-to-me-Runde bei Barmstedt durch den Rantzauer Forst, vorbei am Rantzauer See und entlang der Krückau. Ruhige Waldpassagen, schöne Photo-Ops und als Highlight ein schmaler Trampelpfad am westlichen Waldrand, oft verborgen unter Laub. Abschluss auf der Schlossinsel Barmstedt mit historischer Rantzauer Wassermühle, Kunst und besonderer Inselatmosphäre.
