Die Tour startet in Breinig und führt über Kornelimünster langsam zur Kaiserstadt Aachen. Hier wartet nach insgesamt über 160 km am ehrwürdigen Dom das Finale der Pilgerreise auf dem Rheinischen Jakobsweg.
