Naturverbunden am Ueßbach in Bad Bertrich
Eingestimmt von Henry David Thoreau am Stillen Garten habe ich heute eine stille schattige Tour am Ueßbach ausgewählt. Allein dieser Weg an der Entersburg mit dem Turm, Antoniusruh, der Bank auf dem Felsen im Wasser, den Wasserfällen und der Elfengrotte entlang, ist eine Reise nach Bad Bertrich wert.

Magnificent paths for a quiet walk with splashing water and birdsong. Many beautiful rest benches and picnic spots for quiet enjoyment and reflection.
I already wanted to name the tour "Dissolving Karma around Kama".

Heute der Heiligen Hildegard nahe auf dem Weg zum Schloß Dhaun
Wieder eine wunderschöne gut ausgesuchte Tour im Hunsrück mit Skywalk nahe der Stiftskirche St. Johannisberg bei Hochstetten.
Lange ging es auf dem Pilgerpfad entlang. Wenig Menschen, viel Vogelgezwitscher, Stille, Weitsichten (auch an schönen Liegebänken) und eine sehr schöne Schlossruine (Burg).

An der Nahe Hildegard von Bingen nahe
Nun habe ich es zumindest schon mal auf ein Stück des Hildegard-von-Bingen-Pilgerpfades geschafft.
Dieses Stück am Bach entlang bei Abenddämmerung schien mir tatsächlich nun nicht nur Hildegard, sondern auch richtige Naturgeister nahe zu bringen.
Unvergleichbare unvergleichlich schöne Touren hier bei Kirn.

8 Std. von Wanne bis Oberhausen😉 mit Bus und Bahn
Hier jedoch Oberhausen bei Kirn im Hunsrück...Kirner Dolomiten...Wunderschöne kurze Wanderung mitten durch die Felsen nach dieser langen Marathon-Anreise...mit dem Auto wären es 3 Std. gewesen.

Today there was a big chaos at the train. Bridge damage between Düsseldorf and Cologne and a railway crossing behind Bonn demolished by a truck. So I took 8 hours instead of 5 hours.

Westf. Jakobsweg: Letzte Etappe bis Beyenburg
Vom Bahnhof Schwelm sind wir an der Propsteikirche vorbei (Kerzchen und kurze stille Andacht) in die Altstadt von Schwelm gegangen. In der Kaffeerösterei haben wir Kaffee mit kleiner Leckerei probiert und sind dann auf wunderschönen Pfaden bis zum Zielort Beyenburg gepilgert.

Natur pur im Düsseltal mit Gezwitscher und Geplätscher
Endlich mal wieder zu zweit entspannt im Neandertal an der Düssel entlang. Schöne Wolken, Vögel, Tiere, viel Grün und viel Wasser. Zur Einkehr später mit dem Auto zu den Kutscherstuben in Düssel/Wülfrath. Muss sein. Einfach immer sehr lecker.
