Schloss Lüntenbeck: Der Besuch lohnt sich
Weil noch so viel vom Tag übrig war, bot sich der Besuch des naheliegenden Schlosses an.

Meine bisher längste ebike-Tour habe ich heute erstaunlich gut geschafft. Einfach herrlich war es von Herne-Wanne bis Dahlhausen an die Ruhr und bis Ende Kemnader Stausee am Wasser entlang zu fahren. Und die leckere Einkehr bei "Omi backt" in Bochum ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Heute zeichne ich mal bei Regen unsere wöchentliche Walkingrunde auf, um mal DANKE zu sagen.
DANK an all die arbeitenden Menschen, die ...oft für Mindestlohn...bei 37 Grad und bei Starkregen für uns 8 Std. draußen sind...bei Wind und Wetter...abgehärtet und oft weniger krank als andere.

Entry to the sauna for 2 hours was free with the Ruhrtopcard.
Parking was also free for me as a sauna visitor.
Not barefoot, but alone in the rain, it was very relaxing.

Eine ganz besondere Stille nach der Gnadenhochzeit
Nach einer turbulenten Familienfeier in Köln-Mülheim anlässlich eines 70. Hochzeittages habe ich die Stille auf Silvias schnuckeligem Lieblingsspaziergang besonders intensiv empfunden.
Ein wirklich auch pflanzlich vielseitiger Weg.
Einfach als Pause vom Alltag oder bei der Fahrt über die A1 zwischen Köln und Dortmund.

Fahren denn noch Schiffe auf dem Rhein🚤⛴️🛥🚢?
Ich wollte mir heute mal selbst den tiefen Wasserstand des Rheines ansehen.
Ich habe ihn tatsächlich hier noch nie sooo gesehen.
Die Fähre fährt nicht mehr und die Schiffe ganz langsam, als würden sie sich vortasten.
Nur leicht beladen ragen sie hoch aus dem Wasser.
