If you do not have seven days left for your trip in the Binn Valley, you can use this hike as a shortcut. Instead of spending another night in Italy, this tour leads you over the Geisspfadpass directly to Binn. There you can either continue the next day either directly to Ernen or you still plan on the ascent of the Breithorns (Tour E06).From Crampiolo the path leads you up to the Piani della Rossa. On the plateau with its red boulders, some metal steps are attached to facilitate your ascent. Arrived at the Geisspfadpass, the Geisspfadsee spreads below you. The path leads you through the rocky moonscape and over a large boulder field down to Maniboden. From the Maniboden, a well-developed hiking trail leads via Fäld to the stage destination Binn. In Fäld you can stop in one of the nice restaurants to reward yourself for the descent. Also, the ascent to the Geisspfadsee is well suited as a challenging day trip. You start in Fäld and climb to the lake from there. The way back takes place on the same way back to Fäld.
