Lauenburg, the southernmost town in Schleswig-Holstein, is located in the border triangle of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein.
The colorful half-timbered houses are lined up directly on the banks and slopes of the Elbe. With the many lovingly renovated houses, the old town of Lauenburg is definitely worth a visit.
