Mensingsches Haus Lauenburg

The Mensingsche house was named after the original owner. There are documents attesting that it was built in 1573. A barber was active here for a long time. This is the old job title of a hairdresser. The lovingly restored and decorated half-timbered house as well as the location in the heart of the old town of Lauenburg make the house a popular photo motif. This was already the case at the turn of the century when the Elbe flood reached its safely documented high. There are also photos from this period.
