From the European cupola you have a great view of the provost Hirzenach and the Middle Rhine Valley. Follow the wooden hiker in the shelter and let your gaze wander over the landscape. On the opposite side of the river you see the place Kestert.

In 1925/26 a rock ridge was broken away, which blocked the way from Hirzenach to Holzfeld. The remaining rocky outcrop forms the basis of the viewing pavilion.
