The old sugar cane mill is still in operation as it was when sugar production began in 1927. The most impressive thing about this small factory is the 26-meter-high tower!

Entry to the distillery is free and you can watch the distillers at work. In a small part of the building, historical utensils such as discarded stills are on display - this is probably supposed to be the museum.
