Simply a dream: the highest peak in South Tyrol. The world is at your feet. You can see the other impressive mountains all around UNDER you! - The perfect king, the zebru almost like a secondary peak. Opposite the dominant Weißkugel, to the east the Ulten Mountains, to the south the Trentino, to the west the Swiss mountains ... I don't want to leave until time is of the essence! The descent is still long! Incidentally, for those interested in history: It is also the highest in the Habsburg monarchy.

Fabulous, a dream come true. From the Ortler you have a great all-round view! However, an ascent should not be made alone and if possible under local guidance.
