It goes down a bit steeply and you have to go up again ;-)
You have a view over the Dimbach valley.
Since the entire tour is relatively strenuous, I recommend skipping the Kaftenstein and instead considering a detour to the interesting 4-castle view just before the Rötzenfelsen.
