The tower stands at an altitude of 613 m and is 28.5 m high. The ascent is over 160 steps. Panoramic view into the Murgtal up to Hornisgrinde, direction Odenwald and Palatinate Forest.

History: 1896 built by Black Forest Association Karlsruhe, 1945 heavy damage by artillery bombardment, 1961 old tower is demolished, 1962 construction and inauguration of the new tower

Originally built in 1896. Damaged so badly on April 10, 1945 that it had to be demolished in August 1961. On September 29, 1962 the inauguration of the new tower in Karlsruhe.
