Historic Border Trail Between Württemberg and Baden

This hiking trail follows historical tracks along the "wasp waist" of the old country. This hiking trail was signposted as an expression of good neighborliness between Baden and Württemberg. The path, lined with numerous boundary stones, begins in Michelbach, at the "Gumbe" leisure facility. The tour leads over the Oberen Münzbergweg and the Bernbacher Steige up to the Wasenhütte. With the shorter variant, you turn off to Moosbronn. The large round leads from the Wasenhütte over the Bernsteinfels, from which an impressive panoramic view of the Murg Valley opens up, to the Mauzenstein and on to Moosbronn and Bernbach. On the way, 25 information boards provide information about the landscape and history of the aforementioned places. Info boxes are located at the churches in Michelbach, Moosbronn and Bernbach.
